Our order was sent to us on the wrong day. When we got the food on the wrong day, we had a new employee take the food and didn’t know what the delivery was. Room Service made it right and delivered to us on the correct day. We were ordering on a specific day, due to employees being out on vacation. So we were so appreciative that they made it right for us.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this business is just so deserving of it. I ordered a High Street with a special request of no tomatoes and a side of potato salad and it was amazing!!! You can tell they use fresh ingredients in their meals. I didn’t feel heavy or bad after eating. Oh, and not to mention their portion sizes great!!! I saved half of my sandwich for a pick me up after work. I don’t understand the reviews complaining about delivery time when they state on their website to order early??? I decided a little later in the day—literally almost lunch time—to order and it took less than an hour and a half. Also, with all the extra fees big chain delivery services take and still forever to deliver, the wait time is completely fine with me. I definitely found my new favorite place to eat when ordering to work!!

Ordered with my coworkers, it was decent.. got to end of my salad and found straight hair in it… talking about nauseous…notified the restaurant and he said “well the salads gone now, what do you want me to do about it?” & he’ll let them know to tighten up their hair nets… lol just check your food is all i can advise.

I will NEVER order Room Service again! Me and my coworkers made a group order and I called their location to pay for my order since I was paying with a card, I even gave the driver a $5 tip! The 1st issue I had was that they claimed I made a separate order (which I did NOT) so while my coworkers received their orders I had to wait for the driver to come back with my order (mind you I am 7 months pregnant and hungry)! The 2nd issue is that I ordered a Washington salad which is suppose to come with chicken, bacon, eggs, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, grapes, mushrooms and bagel chips……From the picture you can clearly see I did NOT get mushrooms or bacon!! I will never order a salad from this restaurant ever again l, I will take my money somewhere else! As a pregnant woman I will NEVER forget this horrible experience!!

I am really disappointed hit my salad today got ready to eat it and there was a twist tie from like a loaf of bread in my food. It’s fine just will not eat there again if this twist was on the lettuce I know you didn’t wash it straight from the bag into the plate. Not sanitary nor healthy.

I got a roasted potato salad with Creole dressing and omg!!!! That was the best salad I’ve ever had hands down it was delicious!! And I got a chicken salad sandwich and Southwest chicken soup but I’m going to eat that tomorrow I can’t wait I bet it’s so delicious too.. I would most definitely recommend this place!! Thanks
