So tasty! These are some of the best breakfast tacos I’ve had in Williamson/Travis county. Definitely in my top 5 – I ordered three tacos and they were ready in 5 minutes yet they’re fresh and delicious. The green salsa has a nice heat to it and I like to put a little bit of both on my taco!

The tacos aren’t the only thing at this inviting, locally owned/operated food trailer that you should stop in for. The smiling faces and great service coming out of the windows of the trailer transcend the idea this is “Just another food truck.”. Tucked under the giant pecan trees and next door to Smooth Village in Leander you will find yourself smiling at the venue and flavor of the tacos. The home made tortillas are light and fluffy and have a traditional flavor to them that can not be recreated without expert knowledge of how to make them. The tacos are bursting with fresh ingredients. Add the green sauce to them and let the spice kick in. I promise that your day will be enlightened if you start your day with one (or two) of their breakfast tacos. In a hurry? You can even text your order in and they will have it hot and ready to go for you when you arrive. My favorite is the chorizo, potato and egg with green sauce. Give them a try!

What a lovely surprise that we are lodging close by and able to stop in daily. We have tried different combinations of the breakfast tacos each visit and all have been tasty and fresh. The service is friendly and quick. It has a nice little seating area on the lawn our front to enjoy. Highly recommend.

When I’m in the mood for breakfast tacos, the last thing I want is store bought tortillas. I’ll spend an hour searching for a good spot and boy let me tell you….. these tacos are some of the very best! Cat & Martha made breakfast dreams come true! If you’re within 100 miles, this needs to be your go-to. I’ll be back as often as possible. Full belly and happy soul.

Great tacos, not bad for a quick breakfast. The green salsa has a great kick so go easy on it. There is also a coffee truck in front where you can get a variety of coffee, the mint coffee is actually really good, and I’m not a big fan of mint.

My husband and I go get tacos every Saturday at Tacos De Prisa Y Mas. My husband fell in love with her freshly homemade salsa Verde and amazing tortillas! I now order an 8 ounce jar of Salsa Verde every week y’all should definitely try them out! Martha is amazing!!
