This location sucks. We ordered pizza and TWO double orders of breadsticks a couple weeks ago. I arrive and get only one. The exact same thing happened again today. This crew is not smart enough to read an order and get it right. Worse yet was their massive confusion as I explained to them that if one order is five bread sticks then a double order is 10 and two double orders would be 20. This simple math was lost on them and had to be explained repeatedly.

Went to pick up my order and had to wait an extra fifteen minutes because they hadn’t even started cooking. All of the employees were outside rubbernecking police cars in the lot. Would have understood until I got home and absolutely no toppings were on the pizza.

very hard to get anyone to answer the phone at this location, delivery drivers always forget something and food is delivered in disarray, order is always late , food is cooked pretty good but one delivery my food was cold. order tracker is completely wrong, it said my order was out for delivery 10 minutes after i placed it , 42 minutes after i placed the order i called the location and they actually answered the phone but my order had not left the store

If you like Pizza Hut like do . Maybe you would would need go to a deferent location. There slow. It’s like ordering pizza from the D.M.V . Twenty minutes after the time you are told is the best your going to get . Whenever I ask what the problem is, they say there busy. The crust is greasy. I don’t leave bad feed back but this has been going on for years. Pizza Hut is still my go to but jut not this location.
