This restaurant owes me at least 3 stuffed crust pizzas by now – we order from there all the time and I constantly get regular pizza instead of the stuffed crust I ordered. I’ve tried ordering both on the phone and online; it happens either way. And by the time I get home and realize it’s wrong, I’m too hungry to be able to wait for a new one. Next time it happens (and I’m sure there will be a next time, unfortunately, just for the simple fact that it happens on a regular basis – we eat pizza a disgusting amount of times a week.) I am definitely calling and telling them I want a coupon for a free pizza because I feel like somebody works there who doesn’t know how to read. (Don’t get me wrong, please, I’m not making fun of or looking down on adults that don’t know how to read AT ALL – I just think they should ask for help if they don’t know for sure, because it’s happened way too many times!).

Walked in to pickup pizza that was ordered online when expected to be ready. No one was in the front part of the restaurant to greet me or anyone else. After two minutes an employee comes to front and puts a pizza in the pizza case. Says nothing to me nor ignologies that I’m there and walks back to the rear of the store. Another customer came in shortly after that, and we both waited. After about a total of 5 minutes, some other employee shows up to the counter. He just looking at me and said nothing. I said I’m here for my order and I stated my name. He looked and got my pizza. Scanned and pushed it towards me. He never greeted me nor said anything as expected. Not a thank you, or have a nice day. I tried to get a reaction by saying, “Thanks, really appreciate it”, which provided nothing from the employee. Management needs to evaluate and train on Customer Service !!!!!

It may be Little Ceasars, but this store, above all the others, has one of the best meat lovers stuffed crust I have had. The service has always been good here and this particular store I am will to drive a little further for just because of the food and service.

This place is the worst little ceasers in town!!! Compared to the one on Villa Maria and Tx Ave, this store can never get things right. Always waiting 15-20 min to get someone to take an order, then add another 15 min because they never have pizzas ready. I ordered Crazy bread today, only for it to look like a stuff ball, when in to get it changed. Manager rudely rolled his eyes, said to wait 30 minutes and walked away! Never again will I visit this place.. rather take the extra gas to go to TX Ave, or Villa Maria

We have gotten Pizza there the last two Fridays. But not sure we will again. Last week we tried the Detroit Pizza and it was okay except dry with no pizza sauce to speak of. This week we tried the stuffed crust pepperoni, pretty good except for not even a spec of red pizza sauce! Blah. The order ahead feature and timely service are fine, but they must have a shortage of pizza sauce in the house.
