Staffing at this location is abysmal. They are rude, incompetent, and most likely under the influence. Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. They frequently get the order incorrect and the quality of the food is atrocious. The manager needs to do their job and pay people who actually want to work. Filthy, rotten, repulsive.

I got a hot wing with the feather still on. When I came up to the lady, she didn’t even give me an apology and just took the hot wing with feather away and gave me a new one without saying ANYTHING. Worst custome service I have ever witnessed. Beside that, when I was about to order, the staff standing right in front of me was too «busy» joking. Funniest of all is that the lady saw me, but still chose to ignore me. I’m disgusted

Bathroom was filthy, clogged, and unclean. False advertising on the menu where the famous bowl meal has two sides of your choice, biscuit, and drink but I only got fries and a drink. Cashier stuck her fingers into my cup when handing it to me, very unsanitary (just like the bathroom)
