It took about half an hour to maybe forty minutes to get the three cars in front of me and myself ordered. I will say that the sweet tea was actually fresh or at least not spoiled this time. Now the bad. The biscuit was so undercooked that it taste like straight up dough. 70% of the chicken tenders were so overcooked and hard you’d break your teeth on them. The other 30% were undercooked and food poisoning waiting to happen. The fries were very cold and solid as a rock. Don’t waste your time on this place. I don’t see it coming back to the place it used to be this time. Management has given up it seems.

Bought an 8 piece Xtra crispy family meal for $30+ dollars!!!!! The sides were BARELY warm and the chicken was 50% batter!!!! They were out of PEPSI, which is WILD…. The lady was super sweet and took VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND I LOVE HER ❤️.

We waited in the drive through for a while the blonde headed girl in the window seemed so confused.. she started telling me what there was and wasn’t on the menu so I asked for a 12 piece family deal. I asked for extra crispy, she proceeded to tell me that there was no extra crispy that the oil needed changed that there was no oil .. so I asked is the Chicken going to be cold since there was no oil and she stated that it wouldn’t be so I proceeded with the order. We get home I open the bucket and the chicken looked so dark and very greasy as if they double cooked it under the old grease just because I made the statement about “cold chicken”. The skin is even falling off the chicken because of how dirty the grease was or as if someone had double cooked it.

This location is extremely disorganized. My husband and I have been customers and dashers for this location a handful of times, and the employees are always struggling to get orders correct. It always seems something is not ready, has an excessive wait, or the employees are not engaged/ not prepared. Please do better, I genuinely enjoy the food most times, but the service makes it unbearable to dine here.

Terrible!!! First Barely Any Chicken Cooked Then Was Told 14-15 Min Wait…Cool however when given the order Preceded to give what they wanted me to have. Whoever was supposed to drop them chicken was dancing around to music without a care in the world. Wife ordered from her. She is pregnant and we got nothing but moddy food and dry chicken. Will never order from here again. When I called the number kept since the number was wrong or the number was out of service. For an hour I know that phone wrong before that. Luckily she didn’t eat any of that food or I would be showing up with the cops.

Missed half our order and it wasnt ready in time. One employee sat in bathroom for an hour leaving the rest overwhelmed which was hollered out by another employee. An employee came out yelling because she wasnt off work when she should have been because other employees didnt show up for work. Was dirty clearly unmopped and didnt seem clean. Staff wasnt polite likely due to all the were dealing with and overall a terrible store. Dont go here yall.
