Had an amazing experience at Sorelle’s Italian restaurant last night located a little outside of the Boro. Make sure to get there early because they get busy on Friday nights and the restaurant closes at 8pm. Let me rephrase that: they stop seating people by 8pm. My wife and I got there at 7:00 and the lady at the front said it will be an hour wait. I’d say their maximum capacity is around 40 people when it comes to seating. And sure enough it was almost 50 plus minutes before we got our table but it was so worth the wait.

This is a fabulous restaurant with an excellent atmosphere. Our servers, Maddeo and manager Heather were wonderful. All of the food is homemade and freshly prepared from the delicate marina sauce with the fried ravioli to the vodka penne with blackened chicken. Ended with tiramisu that tasted heavenly. We are lucky to have this bit of Italy in Rutherford Co.!

I’ve been hearing from several friends and others that have raved about how good this place is. And they were not mistaken. It was fabulous. I had the calzone and added salami. I’ll have a hard time ordering anything else when I go back. And I brought home a cheese pizza for the family that afternoon. Everyone loved it, and they are ready to go visit now.

Highly recommend visiting Sorelles! Everything we had was delicious. I highly recommend this chicken piccata, however I am positive anything on the menu would taste great. Our server, Heather, was awesome. We can’t wait to come back and try the pizza!

Very good Italian cuisine! My wife loved the Penne ala Vodka, said the salad was amazing, and the garlic knots were wonderful. My pizza was excellent, too! Authentic cannoli to finish off the meal.

Had to try this place out, we got a meat lovers/ margarita pizza, baked zeti and knots. We wanted to try a little bit of everything. Pizza was the best out of them all. Really wanted that zeti to be a home run. Better get there fast because they get busy quickly.

We visited Sorelles for the first time and had a great experience. The staff and service were very friendly & efficient. The food was delicious! We had spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmesan and finished off with yummy zeppole! We can’t wait to go back.

I don’t think I’ve ever found the perfect balance of cost, atmosphere and taste but I bet Sorelles is as close to perfecto italiano as it comes!! What a delightful staff, meal, dessert and owner to be introduced to, this place is a must when in Eagleville, whether visiting or local!
