Awful experience. The manager was cleaning on a ladder, scrubbing walls over coffee cups & coffee! With awesome cleanser. As customers were inside & particles falling down over cups, coffee & counter. Then, an employee poured bleach water on the floor. This should be done when customers are gone. Smell was enough to choke you. Yuk.

Came here late night, they only had 1 cook and 1 server and the place was packed. Our server was so nice and handled himself so well. They got the food out super quick and made all the customers feel right at home! The cook did a excellent job as my food was the best I’ve ever had. GRADE A SERVICE I CANNONT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. can only hope this type of work ethic rubs off on the rest of the waffle house family. Role model employees, give these boys the raise they deserve, I’m talking 20+ an hour. Gems like these are hard to find in today’s age

Check your orders when ordering from here. I placed an order online and let’s just say I was very disappointed in what I found in my bag. My hash brown did not have gravy, as I paid and ordered.The steaks, sirloin, looked as if it was ripped apart to be enough for my order. When I asked if I could order/pay for 2 additional steaks the waitress seemed upset. She constantly walked back and forth past me after that. I had to tell another waitress that I was missing my gravy. This is exactly why I do not tip online.

I have ate here several times before but tonight sadly was told the restaurant was only taking online orders even though there was at least 3 employees and only one other table that was checking out at the time. I still tried to place my order online and wait for it but again sadly when I clicked check out it said this location wasn’t accepting online orders at the time? I went back in to ask about not being able to order at the location or online but everyone acted like it wasn’t there problem so I had no choice but to leave. If you can’t walk in and order and you can’t order by phone or online how does anyone place an order? I have had other locations tell me they are only accepting online or if you place an order by coming in and this was during really busy times but never have I heard we can’t accept orders from customers who walk in. Again I’m just going to say there was only one table eating at the time.
