If I just wanted a rice bowl I would have made my own damn rice. My son was so kind to order me a Sofritos bowl on Mother’s Day. Gave me so much rice and barley any Sofrito. Won’t order from here ever again.

They need to fire the manager at this location. Second time ordering through an app. Both times arrived at the store to find that they had not even started working on the order (app showed the order was ready for pickup). Last night I ordered at 8:04 pm and arrived at 8:20 to find several others waiting for pickup orders. Food was not ready until 8:52 pm. Manager was extremely rude to several customers, and exercised poor judgement, failing to restock ingredients and waiting to prepare pickup orders until all of the customers in line had finished ordering. I would not have ordered online if I knew I would have to wait 30+ minutes after arriving.

Chipotle has amazing food for a reasonable price. It’s fast food but uses actual ingredients, no pink slime in the meat they use here! Depending what you get your meal can even be downright healthy. I hope Chipotle truly prospers and more open up while more placed like McDonald’s and Burger King close down.

Not the worst chipotle I’ve been in but definitely close. Rude staff, missing lots of ingredients. Lacked even something as little as ice in the drink machine. Great disappointment. Oh, the wait time is ridiculous

This used to be my favorite chipotle. In the last 6 months, that has changed. Last visit the young lady behind the counter was very rude. She flat out ignored a question I asked and when I discussed with management the response was “ she’s having a bad day”. Against my better judgement I returned for my most recent visit.service was great food was ok, but I’d prefer my salads without plastic. I was scooping my salad to take a bite and noticed something clear. 1st thought was a shrimp shell, then I realized they don’t sale shrimp, after pushing the other ingredients away I learned it was plastic. This is very very disappointing.

One of the slowest Chipotle’s in the area. If your gonna place an order for pick up you can wait an half hour and the order still may not be ready. And if your vegan/vegetarian make sure you check your food. I always seem to find bits of steak in my bowls. As if they dropped them in there while they were preparing other orders. I ordered uber eats amd ordered 2 burritos. They called me twice to say they did not have chicken and to say they didn’t barcoa. Then they call back amd say they have chicken now. When I finally got my food over 20 mins after their delivery time it was ice cold and had basically only rice and cheese. Barley a few bites of meat. I will never order from here again. And I suggest that you save yourself a really big headache and not order from this location. Very sad I got ripped off.

Second time that we come in and they say they’re only doing online orders and don’t even give an estimate of when they’re taking walk ins. It seems weird to prioritize online orders when customers are walking in ready to eat … no hate to the workers but management should at least have them tell us when we can walk in to order and eat.

Multiple times I’ve ordered mobile from this location and it always takes 20 minutes past my pickup time for it to be ready and the staff never seems to care. I ordered last night for pickup at 6:50. The management was rude and chaotic. I walked into a line of 15 walk in customers waiting and about 15 online order customers waiting as well. I paid $30 for dinner from this location, I didn’t want to waste $30 but after waiting an HOUR with no directions apologies from the staff I walked out. The staff took down everyone’s name that waited for over 40 minutes but they weren’t following a timed schedule by whos order was placed first. Most disorganized and rude location I’ve ever been too. Never get your food here. They could care less.

This location is very disappointing. I have given it numerous chances but tonight was the last straw. They NEVER have my online order ready when I get to the store, even ordering nearly 30 minutes in advance. The staff is utterly unprofessional, to say the least. The lady making my food was sweeping when I walked in, with her pants sagging way off of her behind. She then started loading items into the cooler. After that, she began to make my food WITHOUT washing her hands. She did, however, put on a pair of latex gloves. Ugh!
