Great clubhouse for weddings, but need to relax the mask mandates. I’ll change the review once they do. If the state and fed government has no requirements for outdoor masks, businesses should not be able to do whatever they want.

1980 food creativity. Even though you are a homeowner and pay your HOA dues you will be discriminated against from many activities and events if you ask for a vegetarian alternative. All because we have a chef who’s leadership does not respect the customers who live here . Rarely to never are any meat alternative meals offered for any event so they consistently only serve the homeowners who agree to the limited animal protein menu and all the rest who by choice or doctors orders are hoa dues paying homeowners but their preferences aren’t even considered at this 55 plus community . Any good chef even a good cook knows the minor inconvenience of offering a vegetarian option especially here in 2023. Variety is narrow and the leadership leads the food operations the weakest division of the total Trilogy operation . The baseball stadiums even have vegetarian options. The facilities and the grounds are up scale and very nice spacious and kept up beautifully and the people who offer the service are top tier. The front gate security and the food operations is sadly what holds this property back from ever being a five star property . Such an easy fix to be inclusive if management simply decides.

just an amazing experience working with Sylvanna and Jessica her co assistant . they made our magical wedding ceremony a reality and it was such a smooth and stress free and let me emphasize STRESS FREE experience. I absolutely love the Kiva club for its beautiful scenery from outdoor to indoor and the dedication of the staff. if you are looking into planning your wedding this is the place. also within very reasonable budget . thank you again Sylvanna.

Visited our in-laws new place at Trilogy, hit the Kiva club with our 8 yr old. The pool is awesome! The cafe is too. Great food and drinks and they even take your order at the pool!

This little cafe within Trilogy at Vistancia Community has top notch sandwiches, well portioned entrees that are all delicious! The staff were very professional with upbeat personalities that were extremely welcoming. In particular, Arika, a staff member was an individual that was approached by every resident that came in. She engaged in chit chat amongst everyone in such a fun, social and with such laughter that it was obvious people were drawn to her. I found her personality to have set the tone of that cafe and it made the atmosphere extremely pleasant for all that dined there. What a really enjoyable afternoon I experienced. Well job on your staff choices, we will continue to return to this establishment. Thank you!
