I placed a pick up order and this is the second time i have dealt with the same barista. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional and she was the only one there at 1:00pm on sunday 8/13. I was waiting for her to acknowledge me to ask for a pup cup since my family and dog were in the car waiting. I had no problem whatsoever waiting for her to finish the orders that were ahead of me. I could have grabbed some items from the store while waiting. I do however have a problem being told she is too busy to even hear my request and that she had 6 orders ahead of me and no time to even find out what i wanted. As a customer service worker myself being rude and mean without cause is unacceptable and entirely unnecessary.

I usually prefer to support small businesses however a gift card brought me here. The service was great the strawberry açaí refresher was amazing, the bumble bee cake pop was meh, too sweet even for my kids and over priced in my opinion. I had to go through the drive thru twice because I forgot something so I ended up ordering the exact same thing twice. I must commend the baristas because the refresher was exactly the same both times. Looked the same and tasted the same and that in itself is not easy to do. Consistency is key in my opinion and I don’t see it often. When I have a relentless urge for a refresher again I will return here.

Sounds petty but there’s been more than 1 time I’ve ordered an extra espresso shot and didn’t receive it in my drink, kind of a bummer because I’m usually stopping by on my way to work. Also, at .80 cents an extra shot, I’m definitely not getting my money’s worth.

So, we ordered two drinks. And there were 4 cars in front of us. We have now been waiting in like for 21 minutes making our way to the drive thru window! This is ridiculous! I’m not impressed! If people order that much stuff, pull them ahead so the rest of us can get thru!

Yes this is a Starbucks. They have the same Starbucks stuff you get anywhere. The service here is spotty. Some mornings you’re the only one in line and its almost 10 minutes. Some morning its packed and you fly right through. Good luck.
