This is one of worst Taco Bell resturaunts to visit. The customer service is horrible. The manager insisted that I order from the kiosk because he was busy doing something else. The item I wanted to order wasnt on the kiosk menu. He told me the drive thru cashier would help me in a minute. She looked at me and said Im busy, use the kiosk. The store manager had to come take my order and informed me that what I wanted wasnt availble. I ordered something else and insisted that I get a receipt so that I can submit a survery. The store manager crumbled my reciept and attempted to throw it away. Save yourself the headache and visit another Taco Bell. The employees here have no accountabilty and are rude to say the least.

This is the worst food I’ve ever gotten from them! My cinnamon desert was over cooked and my wrap had no meat in it. I was so tired after working a 12 hr shift I didn’t have the energy to take it back. Furthermore, they were out of all kind of things ♀️ ♀️

I ordered on the app the craving box but instant of that they put all my order in one brown bag and if you see the recipe I orded 10 of each sauce they only 2 pack each that’s 6 sauce packs and when I asked the girl says she Is not allowed to give extra when I show her my recipe the guy just came from some where and give way extra sauce in a rude way and just close the window after all that when I open my crunchwrap I paid extra for steak instant of ground meat I have put the pics they never put the steak and charge me for worst experience at this location

I’m here trying to get inside and it’s 8:53 and the doors are locked I knocked on the door and the employees looked at me and ignored me when the sign clearly says lobby closes at 10pm. Are there specific days they close earlier that we should know about ?

I came into the store and waited at the counter…(Roberta) called out from the back that Ihad to order at their new kiosk. I wanted the $5.00 meal box that came with a drink. One of the customers got up to help me to order. We couldn’t find it. (ROBERTA) then came from behind the counter to assist. I told her I wanted the $5.00 With tax 5.85, she said they only offered an $8.00 plus tax meal at their location. I had to leave and am now at whataburger. Good customer service is still important to maintain customers.
