The best! We came in on Christmas Eve 5 minutes before closing and they treated us like royalty. The food was awesome as well. Great people great service great food! It is rare to receive such outstanding hospitality that feels genuine. This place is wonderful.

We go there all the time!! We drive about 10 miles and pass several other Mexican style restaurants just to get to El Limon!!! The food is always top quality and the staff and service are excellent. Try the chicken soup – WOW! And the soft beef tacos cannot be beat. Finally, if you like dishes with shrimp – they KNOW how to cook them correctly – I am from the coast and over-cooked shrimp are a NO-NO.

I was driving by on my way way back from a business trip, stopped here and was absolutely satisfied. If you are ever in the area stop in and grab a bite to eat. Very clean, everyone was super nice and great food!

Oh my gosh. If you’re looking for Mexican food with a Mexican feel the owner & people actually serving you makes you feel like you’re in Mexico. The food is great, the prices are great. Only wish it was a larger place as on Sundays you can’t hardly get in.

Love these family owned restaurants, there’s one in Chesnee s.c I regular at I just stopped in for some chips and salsa I ordered extra hot, because I’m no little punk. It took a minute to notice me since it was after lunch rush and everyone was relaxing so they grabbed me some chips and salsa and I guess dude figured I needed a tea too since all I got was extra hot salsa and 2 bags of chips, so that was really nice. (I don’t drink sweet tea, but I gave it to my cousin when we got home) ♡ food is always on point.

El Limon is well worth a visit. The food is always great, served fast and great staff. They have a frequent diner card that get’s you a free entree after your 9th visit. They offer a full bar and plenty of room for larger parties.
