The only Burger King I’ve ever been to in my entire life that’s open 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. I did ask the manager if they are open 24 hours a day and you did say yes and they are directly adjacent to Foxwoods Casino so I’m going to go ahead and say that they are open 365 days a year without 24/7. I ordered just a simple order of french fries and a soft drink and different rights for perfectly cooked they were not old or cold. The staff was very pleasant and professional and the restaurant is was also very very clean overall for a fast-food restaurant I was very impressed. So normally I would give 5 stars but since it’s a Burger King is just that ,Burger King. I’m just going to stick with four stars and say if you need to eat some food before you hit the road after a night at the casino this is a great place to grab a snack.

Went to the drive thru. Waited behind another vehicle for about 5 minutes before that order was taken. Got to the speaker and waited another 5-6 minutes before my order was taken. Got up to the window, paid and waited another 5 minutes for the food. The cashier was wearing gloves while taking money. Not too pleased that my debit card was handed back to me all greasy. Another employee opened the window and just pushed a huge overflowing bag of food at me. Didn’t like the wait, the fact that they’re handling money w/ the same gloves that they’re touching food with, a two bag order was stuffed into one bag and the bag stuffer didn’t say a word. Just thrust the bag out and closed the widow. Used to be great service here. That service is long gone. Rock-bottom.

Really dirty and un healthy looking hands handled my food, I ordered 2 burgers, fried and onion rings… was able to finish ALL my food before my friends order was given to her. They take REALLY long time and the people in the back argued and talked more than made food. Really quite disgusting. It’s sad because this place used to be quick and clean.

Terrible service, Items on the sign menu where not available after waiting 5 minutes, so I had to wait 3 days for my acct to be credited. It took over 15 minutes to get two burger meals. Manager blamed Burger King for not changing the screens and the register, Blamed the service on the staff she was training. She did not take any responsibility for the overall terrible service. There where cup packages all over the counters, the floor s were dirty. None of her staff had respect for her and did not work as a team at all. There where two other customers in the store feeling the same pain with their orders. The overall manager of this store needs to be replaced at the top after leaving the night manager that is not in charge of an untrained staff.

Located inside a gas station but closes off at 10:00 pm. Despite having more than enough staff on duty, we were left waiting to order for about 10 minutes. After that we found out they were out of chicken fries. Door was locked while we were waiting for food so we could not get out the way we had come in. Not only that but it’s more expensive than area Burger Kings because of it’s location at Foxwoods.

Waited 35 minutes to have my order taken at 12:30 am last night! So backed up and slow, but I had comitted to the line, so waited it out. Food wait was 10 minutes, but fresh and delicious. Staffing always seems to be an issue. Please fix your staffing.

I’ve read the other reviews and noticed most of them were bad. I live close by so I had to try. Went thru the drive thru. Only ordered one hamburger and one cheeseburger. Line was long so I thought it would be ready by the time it was our turn. Nope, paid and had to wait about five minutes. Food was ready and served to us by a zombie with no facial expression. I smiled and gave a loud polite thank you. No response from the server just a blank stare. Anyway my friend took a bite of her hamburger and wrapped it back up and put it in the bag. I didnt try mine because of her response. I only touched it and found it to be cold. All that waiting I thought at least it would be hot. Nope. I still haven’t tried it yet. Going to reheat in the microwave soon.

Honestly the food has been decent everytime I went but the service is so slow that it isn’t even worth it. Definitely keep the order simple if you must eat here because they will make mistakes and you’ll be waiting even longer. Employees also smoke cigarettes out the back door which is not exactly sanitary.
