I like that it was quiet, our waitress at first was a bit stand off-ish, we were there one hour before close, so maybe that was her issue, but she warmed up real fast to our party of four. Overall, it was a good meal, quick and easy. Burrito Puerto Vallarta is huge !!!

I can bit pretty harsh on Mexican restaurants. We have a good variety of them in Pittsburgh, so I have tried authentic, Americanized, gourmet, hip, pretty much any take on Mexican you can get.

Ordered Enchiladas Del Mar, Pollo Ranchero, and Chimi Rolls to go. Even to go we got a warm bag of chips and salsa. All were arranged nicely into tins and perfectly separated and packaged hot vs cold. Both meals and appetizer were deliciously tasty! So enjoyable!

This place it hit and miss for me. I have been here, along with a few of their other locations. This time the service was just not up to par. We waited a long time just to place our order. Once we got our food they never came back to check on us. We had to flag down another server just to get refills on our drinks. For the price, the quality of service and food should be better. Most likely my last chance on this brand.
