The customer service and location are both good. I took my food to go so perhaps I didn’t enjoy the full live experience. Still, the pho was good if a bit light on the flank steak. The price point is a bit lower than many of the other pho places I’ve visited so I’m probably getting what I paid for. It’s a decent pho place in a great location run by really nice people.

Good prices, good location, good food, and good customer service. Nothing spectacular but it will fix your ramen craving.

So this Pho place is inside a food hall at Pizitz. For its price (around $12) it actually is well made. My beef pho had four thin slices of meat and it’s lacking seasoning, it’s a little watery.

Good Pho can be hard to find I. AL, the location is an upscale food court. Service is fast, pho is great, try to make it a point when we are down that way in the afternoons or evenings to enjoy!

Good place to enjoy pho and other Asian cuisine, Updates after 2 years , food quality went downhill significantly than before.

I live downtown. So this average rating is detrimental to me because there’s no other options for pho downtown. But truth be told, the broth is bland with no depth. This is “fast food” pho and tastes like it came from a package. For a “foodie” town, BHM has rooms to grow.

This location has gone through many different owners over the years, but Pho Pho is probably the best yet! The food was delicious and the service was great! They were respectful of our lunch hour and they validate any thing over $1 if you park in the nearby public parking deck. Can’t wait to go back and try the sushi!

Giving 3 stars based on when they had a brick and mortar location. Since moving to the north side, the quality has really gone down. I use to love this spot. Now I just go if I want Pho but I’m too busy to go to a better location. Paper bowls, trash vegetables, weak broth. It’s clear they are struggling to stay in business because again when they actually had a real restaurant, they were good. Now… not so much.

Very cute design layout and will catch your eye as you enter in the pzitzs. Order was fast and hot so I enjoyed that. Ordered the crab angels and was disappointed at the lack of sweetness and creamy texture. Shrimp and Squid Pho was so delicious I ate every bite. Would have liked more meat though. Overall great place to relax or need an authentic Pho here at Birmingham.
