OMG! Jackie Mae’s is a newly found jewel of Soul Food that will have you reminiscing of what Momma used to make but better. Jackie Mae’s is a spot where you can eat until your stomach begs you to stop. I personally ordered the Baked Chicken and Dressing, Collard Greens, Potato Salad and Cornbread w Sweet Tea. The variety of choices will have you returning for more to satisfy your hunger. I’m most Happy to meet Jackie Mae and her friendly and caring staff as well as her warm atmosphere with somber music that calms you while you devour whatever you ordered…..The US Army guys love your place……Thank-you!

I had purchase a to-go plate. I had love the southern hospitality fron the hostesses. Great food, and to be honest the corn muffins are not like my mother’s. They are not sweet like cake. Everything else has soul and love in the food. And only people who will understand that statement are food lovers.

Best home cooked food in town. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I would drive across town to come here. Owner is super sweet and very professional. THE BANANA PUDDING IS SERIOUSLY HEAVEN TO YOUR TASTE BUDS. YUM. Plates are full of food and great price.

My daughter treated me to lunch and I have to say that I’m so glad she picked Jackie Mae’s!! I had baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and green beans. As soon as I put a fork full of those green beans in my mouth, it transported me back to my grandma’s kitchen table as a Lil girl. Everything was so good, I just sat there and shook my head. Ms. Jackie, the owner and chef made us feel right at home! I cannot wait to go and experience her Sunday menu!! If you love good, soulful, Southern cooking, you have to go to Jackie Mae’s!!
