I live in Minneapolis and spend a lot of time in non-chain trendy coffee shops. However — I’m often in this area and have loved spending time at this Dunn brothers. Coffee is great. It’s cozy (fireplace upfront) and so far has always had a table to work at, wifi that works and outlets for laptops. Everything I value in a coffee shop 🙂

I just got a matcha latte with lavender and it is so good! It took such little time to make it. The server was very nice and was patient when we were deciding what to order. It was my first time here and I would most definitely come again!

The young men working behind the counter, were so kind and willing to chat and share information about various coffee, shops, quality of beans, etc. our drinks were prepared perfectly. The area is so cute, although a couple of chairs could used to be replaced. I love the warm and comforting feeling with the fireplace.

Food and drinks were certainly 5 star worthy. I did an order online and pick up order, but the customer service during pick up was stellar as well. My family and I ordered several breakfast sandwiches, a fruit refresher, and some lattes. The reason I gave 3 stars though, is because one of my sandwiches had the wrong protein (turkey bacon instead of turkey sausage as requested), and there was a piece of paper on my sandwich; the paper attached to the cheese was not completely taken off, so I bit into a piece of paper.

If you only want a 1/2 cup of coffee and pay for a full 16oz, this is the place for you! If you want to not wear a mask, this is definitely the place for you! My latte was barely more than half full and none of the customers had on a mask on the inside or outside. Stirrers and stoppers are sitting out unwrapped for anyone to freely take. Our Covid numbers are raging in Minnesota and we have a mask mandate. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

They used to make amazing coffee drinks but the past few times I’ve gone the drink tastes like it’s been cut with hot water. For a $8 drink you can afford to not cut corners like that.
