The tacos here are so good I almost wish they wouldn’t have put this place in town. For the money you can’t beat this place. I see Taco Bell going out of business in this town pretty quickly, because why would anyone pay double the price for half the taco when they can go here. I haven’t had a single dish that wasn’t good. I’ve tried the nachos, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and everything so far has been awesome. I highly recommend this place. For the price this is the best place to eat in the town of Bastrop as far as fast food goes.

This place is a go to! We always stop by here whenever we are in town. We both absolutely love this place. This isn’t anything crazy at all and had a very simple menu, but it is still soooo good. We love the bandido salad and their sauce. Service was great and we got the food fast. The staff was also friendly and recommended things the first time we ever went here. I definitely recommend this place to others!

I had just about given up on Mexican food in this town. I decided to stop in this restaurant and order a taco to see if I would like it. This place has great tacos. I ordered a margarita and got my money’s worth. It’s sad when you can go to a fast food Mexican restaurant and get better food than at a sit down restaurant like Chili Verde or Don Thomas. I’m impressed with the Tacos and margarita they didn’t simp on the fixing and they have seasoned the meat. I will be back here to try other items from the menu. Lol, thanks Taco Bandido for the great food and service. (Edit) ok. so lately we haven’t been going out to eat here because for some reason they haven’t been draining the grease off the meat and the tacos have been really sloppy to the point where you open the wrapper and the grease has run out and under the taco and when you pick it up the meat falls to the wrapper. Not good at all! After that first visit we went back there three times and it was still really good but then it changed and our next three experiences were super greasy. I asked why they didn’t drain the grease and they told me that they did but it still had a lot of grease in it. Personally I think your not done until the grease is out. All you have to do is pour it into a strainer and wait a bit. Really it’s not that hard. I hope they figure it out before I stop going there completely.

One of few places that even if the shifts change the staff is always nice and friendly. Please don’t change your employees treat them great they’re fast and friendly..they deserve credit. This place is always busy but the staff work hard to get everyone served and on their way. Good food. Great staff. Win win.
