What a great surprise! If you’re close by definitely stop at this food truck/stand. About a half hour drive from Downtown Scranton, the French fries are worth the trip alone. Excellent lobster roll, the bread on the stromboli was on another level, and the General Tso’s tacos were a fun twist on a classic.

Vacationing in the Poconos and stopped by after a round of golf. So glad we did. Everything was delicious and the staff were super friendly, especially Tammy. I had the lobster roll and French fires. Very good. Perfectly prepared. My boyfriend had the bison burger and loved it. We each had the peach/blueberry salad. Very fresh and delicious. If you’re in the area, you must stop by!!!

This place is UNBELIEVABLE! You need to check it out! It’s a family run food truck that also caters parties/weddings — we booked them as our caterer for our wedding in June 2023 and I will sing their praises for the rest of my life! I was beyond thrilled with their customer service and responsiveness and how down to earth the owner is! Not to mention the food is freaking incredible! If you are looking for someone to cater for your next event or if you are in the area this is a must stop! I am so grateful for them! Everyone at my wedding talked about the food for the next week! We also had late night pizza—which was ahhmazing! I can’t describe how good the food was in words – you’re just going to have to check it out for yourself!!

First time trying Roadside Bistro, based on neighbors’ recommendations. IT WAS AMAZING! The burgers, fries, cheesesteaks were outstanding! The pastrami boli was out of this world!!! The prices were reasonable too. Definitely a great place for your lunch and dinner plans.

MORE THAN JUST A FOOD TRUCK. These guys have an extensive menu on top of their well advertised lobster rolls. Plenty of parking and seating for the whole family. VERY CLEAN porta-potty. Wife said “to have an out-house that doesn’t smell even on 100 degree day is impressive. We will definitely be stopping again on our way home from the lake.

Finally got a chance to eat here and it was fantastic. Awesome menu and great service. Reasonably priced as well. Outside seating for those beautiful days. The Summer BBQ Pizza was outta this world. Definitely dont drive past without stopping in and digging in!
