I have come here multiple times and they are literally the slowest biggby I have ever been to. As someone who used to be a barista there is no reason why they should be slow. It seems like they always have 2 to 3 people working but only one does coffee while the other ones just walk around? Anyway it’s ridiculous to wait to wait that long at a location that doesn’t even have a drive through.

This location couldn’t have a better staff ♡ I love coming in here because the atmosphere is so inviting. All my drinks taste amazing and Emily is THE BEST!!! She goes out of her way to make cute flowers on my cold brew and actually make conversation! AND she remembers my order!! ^_^ thank you all!!

I am a consistent Bigby customer (in one of the locations at least four times a week) I buy my greeting cards, coffee and even some of my clothing from the bigby chain. This bigby provides me with some of the least ideal service to date. Some of the staff is very unprofessional.( not all) I went in for my first coffee yesterday around 10:00 am They were busy but the girls were working at a very slow pace conversating with them selves and stated they needed to put on music to stop the awkward silence in the store. I waited about 20 minutes for my coffee. (medium black iced with a shot of espresso) I then came back for my second coffee around 1:30 pm I was the only one in line and the girl was counting her drawer out in the open and did not acknowledge me. A second staff member acknowledged me and said hello. I waited about 5 minutes until someone said what Could I get started for you. They then made my coffee and I waited while the girl counted her drawer still. They then brought out a second drawer where another staff member asked her if she counted that drawer up and the staff member said “no, do you want me to.” I said Can I pay with card? (keep in mind they had my drink made and had it to the side for a bit of time now) the employee looked at me and said “no, you’re gonna have to wait.” I walked out. Needless to say I will stick to the Navarre location or Airport highway from now on.

This location describes itself as a “Cheery regional coffeehouse” – apparently the employees didn’t get the memo! I have been there twice during the weekday morning hours and will not be back to this location. I found the staff to be sullen – especially the girl who wears a beanie. They were unengaged ( despite me asking a question or two that was met with short, curt answers), and painfully slow despite the store only having another customer or two. The coup de grâce was not being thanked for stopping in. Both times.

Too much sugar in the drinks for me. My wife loves the place. Service is hit and miss, depending on who makes the drinks. Always test the flavor before you leave! They are good about fixing our replacing if it was made wrong.

They had only one french roast coffee today . When I asked them can I have El recreo coffee because they had on the menu they said sorry we don’t have it. That’s not really nice.
