Customer services was extremely bad. I called to place my order was put on hold 4 times. I was told for my food order that I would 3 pieces of cat fis filets and only received 2. Then I had to wait for 20 minutes. Called back to talk to management and they argued with me. I will not be returning to this spot.

Disappointed food was fresh but no seasoning. The lady had no clue what to charge. The cook/owner had her charge me more than what I was given. I ordered small steaks and three wings he put it all on one tray like it was a combo but got charged separate for both. not cool won’t be back

I will no longer becoming to this sharks ever. This is the second time I have ordered fish from them and it’s half cooked. My fish was pink in the middle, breading not done, and I had to put it in my air fryer to cook it all the way. I asked them to fry it hard and the only thing fried hard was my attitude when I got home and opened up my food. I’m good

I received an order today, 5/10/2020, from this place and the food was unworthy of the money spent for it. The dinner of catfish was large fat broken up pieces instead of nicely cooked Catfish fillets. There wasn’t any Cole slaw and bread in the meal. On top of this, the fish collection and fries were cold. This was the worst catfish dinner I have received. I didn’t eat it. I I definitely will not have anything from this location ever again.

The best Sharks I’ve had in my 10 years living in Chicago! Food is always fresh and hot. Restaurant is very clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because a few times they’ve ran out of chicken/ fish but they’re killing their competition!
