Always fresh chicken and very kind, receptive staff. Have eaten here multiple times for lunch and have never been disappointed. Will continue to support Nori Japan while I am in this area. The Teriyaki Chicken special is a great value. I always end up with more food than I can finish. Keep up the great work!

Went there a week ago with my family and was absolutely disgusted by the customer service. One of the cooks spoke with another colleague and seemed to be asserting I did not pay for all of my meals. Additionally, I did not get the drink that comes with one of my meals. Rest assured if I am ever in North Carolina again, this company would not even get a dime from me.

Since this restaurant has reopened as Nori, the quality has gone down a lot! The chicken is always over cooked and dry, the teriyaki sauce is watery and the paper boxes that they are using fall apart.

I’ve only eaten here once, and I find myself disappointed by this location because I crave teriyaki on a weekly basis, but this place cooks mountains of chicken at a time until it’s completely dried out and then allow it to sit on the grill for hours. I arrived there today, on a Sunday at 12:10 with the mindset that since they open at 12 the chicken would be fresh but yet again they had lbs of dried chicken sitting on the side. How did they manage to cook two full sheet pans of chicken and have it sitting on the side 10 minutes after they opened? It was carried over from the day before… I’m pretty certain. It’s terrible.

At this food court location, ordered chicken and shrimp over fried rice and vegetables during my visit on Sunday 4/23/2022 around 3:00 pm. The chicken was cut into unidentifiable little pieces. It did not taste like chicken. I found myself picking out and setting aside all of the non shrimp pieces from the container. I was so afraid that I could be eating something other than chicken I final stopped trying to eat this and closed the styrofoam container and had my son put it in the trash. The vegetables were okay along with the rice and shrimp. I did not enjoy the meal whatsoever. I will not eat there again.

These guys were exceptional with customer care, food quality, and prep time, even making me hibachi which wasn’t on the menu. My meal was delicious, on bar with places that charge double.
