Still dreaming about the pancakes and chicken tortia soup I had at Buckboard cafe back in 2019. One of the best things to do after the Arboretum visit. I was there in superior for only few days and hands down it was my favourite place to grab breakfast and lunch.

There’s seating outside, or you can sit inside; inside, there are about 20 or so wooden tables. The interior was clean. I loved the cozy atmosphere with the cowboy decor and saloon signs.

Great place to eat Mexican food, Our favorite! It was a long road trip & was 110 degrees outside! This little place was just what we needed! We also had our waitress come outside to take pictures of us! There was a tiny museum, & old mining machines that were actually used by the miners. See in pictures….
