On Jan 6 2021 I ordered a pizza and as usual the order was wrong. I told the clerk that this was the 4th time in a row my order was wrong. James ?, the General Manager told me “too bad” I requested a refund and his refused. I called corp. to obtain the owners information to contact him/her. One of the owners did call me back and she agreed to give me a “free pizza”. How is this free? I already paid for it. She would not refund my money and insisted on a “free pizza” of which she would make notes in my profile. I called last night 6/25/2021 and spoke to James and he stated there was no information in my file and further stated if I spoke to a women “she can’t do *******” and has no authority to say anything or give anything to anybody” I just called James back to ask to whom I should address my “Letter of intent” He said Ummm him, but would not give his last name nor the address, nor the store number or any other information. Let’s see if I can find it. Update I found the owners they live up in Port St Lucie in a 3 million-dollar house on the water. I threaten to sue them if they didn’t refund my money they did in fact refund my money . That store is horrible

If you don’t order online don’t go here!! They told me ” you only get the deal prices if you order online”. When i asked why doesn’t that seem fair the manager said” cause you are taking me away from making the online orders” !!! Is this how we treat people in person? Wish i had the phone number for his boss! No one deserves to be talked to in that tone!! I will never order or eat from ANY Dominos pizza again!!! My money is better spent elsewhere!!!!

Ordered Cheese Dip with garlic twists asked that twists and garlic sauce be put in a container of their own because when they just put on a waxed sheet in the big box next to the dip metal container, the garlic sauce goes all over and gets absorbed by the cardboard box and you loose it all. The guy says “ but we them in the box together with the dip, I explained again they needed to be in a container so the greasy sauce would not ho all over, well, all they did was put garlic twists with sauce in a separate smaller box, and again the garlic sauce was all absorbed by the box, sipped through the box and got it on my car. I do not get it, it should be common sense to them that greasy garlic sauce is going to be absorbed by cardboard, why is that so hard to understand ????

Made an order today for (contactless) delivery and instructions to leave at the front door. Even after leaving these instructions the driver still couldn’t leave it at the door and had to have a resident direct him (he was outside yes, and could have easily gotten it) but again this is contactless, its simple please just follow the instruction.

Ordered three pizzas at 12:30 pm before traveling to Texas. Received the order at 1:55 pm. By that time, the pizzas were cold and saggy and to make matters worst, two of the pizzas were undercooked. When I’m inquired about the delay, I was told they were busy. I can understand they’d be busy, especially on a labor day weekend, but why would they keep taking orders if they can’t handle the load? Shouldn’t they are least inform customers about the possible long delays?
