Chicken shack has been a part of Livonia for almost 12 years and today was our first time trying it. I must say the place was super clean inside, we were greeted with big smiles and everyone was very helpful who worked there we really weren’t in the mood for fried chicken so we ended up trying the fried cod meal deal with home style potatoes and Cole slaw. The fish was perfectly broasted and not greasy at all, although it could have used a little seasoning ( according to our taste buds ) The potatoes and coleslaw were pretty good as well. All in all it was a good experience and a good value for the money ✌️

Not the Chicken Shack that I used to love back in the day. The restaurant was smoke filled, it didn’t appear very clean. The chicken was okay, the fish was dreadful to me. For what Chicken Shack cost they need to be a cut above other restaurants like KFC and Popeyes, this store is not. I doubt seriously that I’ll go back… very disappointing.

Chicken tenders were very dry. And don’t enjoy their weird potatoe choice. But that is a personal opinion. Was 50.00 bucks for 2 people and I couldn’t even finish my dry chicken. Definitely better chicken places in the area with a better value and quality.

The food is good but the customer service is pis poor. The employees that are running that restaurant are going to run it into an out of business sign. I called to place an order and was on hold for literally 12 minutes. I hung up and called back and no one answered. I had to call back 3 times an order to be serviced.
