Awful food yesterday. Could not eat it. Pizza(hand tossed) burned on the edges and raw in the middle. The other pizza(thin and crispy) was dry and tasted like cardboard. Boneless wings also really bad, they were hard and undercooked and in a pool of sauce. Pizza Hut has been consistent until yesterday. Will not risk my money there again. Sorry

We haven’t had Pizza Hut for the longest time and wanted to try something out of the normal routine so we placed an online order. We also wanted to try their stuffed crust and to see if the Pizza was / is as good as we remember. We also ordered some wings to go along with the pizza.

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas with extra pepperoni. The pizza came bubbled up and disgusting looking. Whoever sliced this and let it out the door does not deserve a $15 minimum wage. Or a wage at all for that matter.

I was so very dissatisfied with this order. I don’t order from Pizza Hut much, but this experience is making me reconsider ordering from them ever again. The pizza was delivered and placed on the porch, no notification; therefore, it was cold when it was found. No notification that the pizza was delivered, no knock, no calls, nothing. I’m very unhappy with this experience.

This was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I’m giving it two stars because I’m thankful it didn’t get me sick. Still, the dough was all wrong. We got regular crust and it was almost like the dough didn’t rise. It was as thin as thin crust but like tough rubber. I couldn’t eat it. Should have brought it back in but there is always that fear that they’ll tamper with your food when you send it back. Will not be returning to this location.

Over an hour to get it cold. Response to first call was “I don’t know why it’s late”. Twice on the phone. With a manager who couldn’t figure out how to make it right and I had to. Stick with NY Best Pizza or any other location/establishment. Apparently the customer pays for the companies mistakes
