Couldn’t leave 0 stars but this place needs to be shut down. I order 26.00 in food. 3 burger combos. NONE of the burgers were made the way they were ordered. The tots were disgusting. I went back and wanted a refund. I was looked at like I had a second head. And when I drove off some hood rat yelled about wanting the drinks they had made.

The service was far better than I expected. The workers were nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about what their products. The food was great. I love their breakfast burritos. I suggest the supersonic burrito, it has jalapeños in it. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because when I went the milkshake machine was down. Which is something I don’t expect from Americas drink stop.

The food was HORRIBLE!! You can tell that they just dropped the old fries back in the grease again. The tots were so stale. And to make matters worse, the customer service was the worst! Neither lady never said one word. Just handed things out the window, closed it, came back to hand more things and we are just sitting there like is this it orrrr. They never spoke 1 word besides taking our order at the speaker. I understand bad days but that was ridiculous.

Went through the drive through at 2am because it was one of the only things open. Waited for a min at the speaker. Did another loop to make sure they were open, saw the employee who came back in when we went to the speaker again to inform us they were only able to serve soft drinks and slushies right now. Would have been nice if that was posted on the sign under 24/7 drive through.

They also today when my mom and dad got diet cherry limeade and me and my brother got sonic ocean water. The drinks straight up tasted like carbonated water after the first few sips.
