The reason we opened! Opa! Welcome to Greece, your taste buds at least. Our signature o.G. Gyro (pronounced yee-ro) was created in in the streets of Greece and mastered here in the low country by yours truly, the guys of mybfgt. We are proud to be the only true Greek food establishment in south Carolina to serve a true Greek pork gyro.

We start by shaving delicious layers of pork from a vertical rotisserie just the way we do in Greece! On a warm pita we smear our homemade o.G. Tzatziki sauce, lite red onion, few slices tomato, pile high shaved pork, top with a few fries and wrap in aluminum foil to keep it together and warm until the very last bite.

We encourage no substitutions, deductions or additions, we promise you there is a reason us Greeks haven’t changed they way we serve our gyros!

Vegetarian Gyro
This was created for our Veggie lovers! While we can’t currently make it completely vegan as tzatziki contains dairy, we do LOVE this refreshing vegetarian option, even for those who love a good O.G.! Perfect for hot summer days or when you just feel a little bogged down.

On a warm pita we smear our O.G. tzatziki sauce, load on our signature veggie mix which is chopped green pepper, onion, tomato, cucumber, and feta marinated in our O.G. dressing&marinade for an hour, topped with fries and then wrapped in aluminum foil to keep it together and out of your lap until the very last bite.

Horiatiki (Village) Salad
Lettuce is not a heavily used produce in Greece. Our salads are always vegetables w/ olive oil and oregano! We keep our Horiatiki salad simple with tomato, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, olives, topped with imported block feta and oregano. Served with our house OG (Original Greek) dressing, OG (Original Greek) Tzatziki and pita.

My absolute favorite food truck! I’ve been to Charleston multiple times and this is the first place I visit as soon as I get to town! Their gyros and souvlaki are the most authentic Greek food you will ever find in the United States (I’ve been to Greece before and these are just as good, if not better) Their setup is so cute – they have games to play & tables to sit at which makes the dining experience very relaxing and The family that owns the trailer is sooo nice. You absolutely need to eat here, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Finally got to try this great spot after passing it countless times! I ordered lunch through their online portal and it was fresh and ready upon arrival. I forgot to add the meze (i.e., pita, fries, etc) to my souvlaki, so I called after placing my online order and they added this with no problem and said it was on them (I will be back to order LOTS of meze that I will pay for to make up for this ). The employees, who I believed to be the owners, probably noticed my full hands with my toddler on my hip and my 8 month pregnant belly and kindly offered to bring the food to my car for me. The pork gyro and souvlaki were delicious and this very pregnant mom really appreciated their above and beyond service and kindness.
