I always come to this branch to get snacks but today, I was treated really bad. I ordered for Jack Favs only to be given a different order, when I returned it, the girl in the cashier throw the box at me and said rudely, you can keep it I’m just gonna throw it away. She just keeps making face and her approach was very nasty. First of all, it’s not my fault that she has given me the wrong order and I’m not even expecting for a refund on the difference, I just want to enjoy my meal after long day at work but, ofcourse she made it a bad night. I believe her name is Monica. I’m not going back to this place anymore! To Jack in the box, I think your employees need to rest- they’re probably tired that’s why they’re being nasty to the customers.
