Great spot for a burger or fish n chips. Fried Green Maters were spot on! As well as the Fried Pickles. I could go on. Food eaten, but not pictured. Highly recommended. We fed a family of 12 for a great price.

The view is amazing. The food was outstanding, and the service was fabulous. Everyone has been talking about this place, and we were glad we stopped by. We’ll be back.

Excellent food and service and beautiful views of the marsh and ocean. We went at 6pm on Friday Labor Day weekend and although it was pretty crazy busy we were seated in the rooftop restaurant right away. Food was slow coming due to the kitchen being short staffed as told by a waitress. We will definitely be back when MB winds down.

The views are a reason alone to go here.. freaking gorgeous. Staff was super nice and we had the ahi tuna, ceviche, and grouper fingers- all excellent. They are brand new and have posted some dates when they had to close due to staffing… so if these ppl with negative reviews had just followed their social media or called they would’ve known they were closed. It’s a new business- I get it. The grand strand is plagued with a shortage for kitchen staff. We also came for lunch so parking was easy peasy! Will be a regular spot!

5 stars for atmosphere and views. My crab cake sandwich was underwhelming. My wife did enjoy the coconut shrimp with ailoi sauce, which added a subtle sweetness.

Went for dinner and waited almost an hour for a table after they quoted us 30 minutes. Finally got seated and ordered right away and half of what we ordered the server said “we don’t have that” and acted like we were crazy for ordering. So, just a heads up the menu you see on their website is not their actual menu. We waited awhile for food and when it finally came, half was super hot and half was cold. The food was still pretty good, drinks better. All of the staff also just seemed generally annoyed to be there. Overall, the view would be the number one reason to go.

Food was reasonably good, what you’d expect for a beach town lunch place. Except for the crabcake, skip on that. Unfortunately they were out of some of their more popular items, but its understandable for a fairly new place in the seafood business. Not much of atmosphere (granted it was lunch on a Tuesday) but absolutely lovely views. Prompt and friendly service was the best part. Pricing makes no sense. Each item literally priced to the penny, never seen that before. 1 thin crabcake appetizer for about $15, but can get whole crabcake sandwich plate and fries for $17? Overall it was solid, especially for a quick lunch after the nearby beach or to enjoy a drink overlooking the marsh.

My husband left his own review for this place, but I noticed the 1 star reviews were promotions of another business. I strongly dislike that kind of underhanded business practice, and this place surely does not deserve 1 star, so Im leaving 5 stars to help even it out.
