The workers are attentive and courteous to everyone that comes in to place and pick up an order. The food is great and exactly as advertised, never less than expected, which is not necessarily a given in food establishments, and the atmosphere is actually better than most places in Fairfield these days. At the very least you won’t worry about being robbed or solicited for money. Honestly the only real complaint is the wait time. Depending on how many orders are being made and how busy the kitchen is you could be looking at a wait time of either 15 minutes to a full hour.

Horrible Service at this Wing Stop! I’m all for kids having jobs but they have to care . I placed an online order that stated extra well fries with extra fry seasoning and this is what was given to me(See Photo). I then called up to the restaurant after I placed the online order to specifically ask for extra crispy fries. I actually felt it was done intentionally. The Women states fries are only cooked for a minute and a half which doesn’t make sense if there is an extra well done option.

Stay away from this particular wing stop. There is a very rude lady working there. If your a local then you know exactly what lady I’m talking about. I wanted an order of 8 wings but did not know you can only order 8 wing as a combo. The lady taking my order never explained to me, that if I wanted just wings the minimum I can order would be 10 not 8. No! instead she rudely says, “ you can’t order that you have to get fry and a drink.” I just wanted wings but She insisted I had to buy a combo. So I ordered 2 combos. After all that I get my order and it’s not even complete. They only gave me one order of fries even though I paid for 2 combo’s. I have never had such a difficult time ordering some damn wings. I most definitely will not be returning to this Wing Stop. I heard Fire Wing on North Texas is good. Think I’ll start going there for my wings from now on.

I ordered a large combo with the 10 piece, 2 flavors and1 dip. The girl who took my order was very nice but when I got my order I saw there was no ranch. My boyfriend went back inside and said we didn’t get a ranch the manager or whoever she is said that they did put a ranch at the bottom of the bag but we told her no there’s not. I told her I saw she didn’t make my order so how would she know if they put the ranch in and she didn’t say anything…

This is why I go to the Wingstop on Vallejo. I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff there but… The fries are always trash. Unseasoned or gold or burnt. And they gave me all drums. I thought you were supposed to get a mix of both. And the chicken is always oily. I keep trying to give them a chance but just go to Vallejo If you can. If I could give Zero stars I would.
