Not what I ordered. I ordered Pan style with extra sauce. They are telling me this IS a Pan pizza, but it certainly doesn’t look like the pan pizzas on their website. I would certainly disagree that there is extra sauce. In fact it seems like a lack of sauce. I called and they did offer to comp a new pizza, but I won’t order from them again anyway. Bloomington needs better pizza.

I will never order pizza from this location again. Our experience with them was awful. We struggle getting our order placed and the person on the phone was very rude. We had added some vegetables and asked for mushrooms on 1/2 the pizza. I was told not a problem. We also asked for a 7:45 delivery. Explaining that we were on the road and wouldn’t be back until then. We arrived home at 7:30 to find the delivery person knocking on my door. This was not good. We have a puppy who was very upset with someone knocking on the door. There was a reason why I specifically asked for a 7:45 delivery. When we opened the pizza box what we found was not ok. They piled all of our vegetables in the center of the pizza. We were in a rush so did not have time to call the store back and return the pizza. We ordered on the road thinking this would be the best way to get my family fed in a quick hurry. Huge mistake and won’t be calling on Papa John’s again. We have plenty of other options in my neighborhood

In these post covid times when workers are apparently hard to find this location stands high above the rest. I was greeted with smiles and gratitude from the workers and felt genuinely thanked for my patronage. Pizzas were made very quickly (as opposed to recent dominos experiences) and the staff was so kind. Keep it up PJ!

Terrible delivery experience. I ordered at 4pm for a delay/delivery at 6pm. The pizza showed up at 6:45. When someone delays an order for a specific time it’s because they need the food at a specific time.

Reused pizza I dont know what else I should have to say but that. I ordered an xl sausage and got a lg that arrived in exactly 4 min 22 sec later (you can’t even build a pizza that fast let alone cook one right) we timed it this time! Should have taken photos but i just tossed it the moment we opened it! It looked absolutly terrible… This is the second time this happened the top was pitiful looking and the bottom was burnt which shows it was cooked once before and reheated quickly… i get it was during the vikings game but im paying double the price of a heggies plus delivery fees and a tip the stupid thing was $30 and not the right size and just plain gross.
