Ordered to go and didn’t check my order until I got home. The salad I had ordered was actually three chicken finger sandwiches and an order of fries and the 10-piece chicken fingers I ordered was a six piece chicken fingers. Completely disappointed in this particular experience. Call the store and although there was nothing that could be done tonight because they were closing I was told to bring my receipt by the store tomorrow and they would remake my order or refund me. At least it’s something.

This store gets my nomination for worst Zaxby’s. Stood at the register while customers lined up behind me to order. Eventually a manager oozed up and signed in an employee to take orders. When my take-out came up I knew from experience to check before leaving. 10 fingers and 10 traditional wings. NO SAUCES!! I went back to the counter and explained the situation. Two employees returned blank looks. No apology. I asked for my sauces and asked for enough for my orders. Plenty of bodies milling around. No sense of urgency. No sense of customer service. If this store was not across from dorms, it would, mercifully, die.

My food looks actually decent, which is surprising now a days… however I should not have to repeat myself in the drive through 3-4 times only to then say nevermind because whoever is listening clearly either can’t hear or is just not listening. I feel like a cup of seasoning salt is a pretty common thing that is asked for… by the third time you should put together what it is im asking for… not sure if your headsets need checked or what but good lord no one enjoys repeating themselves.

Great atmosphere! French fries are always too salty at most Zaxbys, so 4 stars on food. Service was good too, although it used to be that you were asked if you want your food to go. Nowadays, you feel like everything is to go regardless.

Went yesterday and ordered a wings and things and a kickin chicken sandwich meal. They forgot my tenders on the wings and things and told me they would replace the meal today. I went back and they told me they were only going to give me back my three tenders and the cashier proceeded to ring me up for 5 wings and told me I could pay the difference. I didn’t appreciate having to take time out of my day and make an extra unnecessary trip to just receive three dry chicken fingers.

This place needs to add more people for expoing the food for curbside pickup, especially when students are getting out of class. I placed an order at 11:55 am and received it at 12:35 pm. I called the restaurant just to get put on hold for 10 minutes, then hangs up? Watching multiple customers come after me and leave with their order. Bye. Do better.
