Ordered 3 meals and spent over $45 on chicken wings, hotdog, and loaded nachos. The only thing that was good was the hotdog but there’s literally no way to mess up a hot dog. My loaded nachos was only loaded with mostly chips and a lot of them were burnt. It was barely any toppings on the nachos. I asked to exchange them for a hotdog and fries and I was told there weren’t any buns!!!! I had to settle for an ice cream as breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, way too overpriced for low quality food.

Honesty food safety did not seem to be a concern, all the tables were dirty, trash overflowing, they were out of napkins and had not alternative. Never once did we see them wash their hands when they went back to the kitchen- they handled cash then went back to box food and never washed. The cook was friendly- just not sanitary. The girl that took our order was more focused on her phone then customers. The chicken and fries were good- way too much salt that we could not finish eating. Way over priced what you get.

The place was not clean. The smoothies all have banana as a listed ingredient, but the girl had different directions the owner printed up for them, so you don’t get what you think you get. They don’t inform you of the change. Smoothies are made with yogurt and the smoothie machine was down, so they put ice cream in it. You essentially get a shake and again are not informed. I actually felt sorry for the girl working. The owner misleads by not changing his signs. I returned my smoothie and swapped it for ice cream that was not good.

We just left and I just had to leave a review! The gentleman that took our order was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed and more, we’ve been in Hilton Head for four days and this place had the best customer service out of any place we have been so far! The food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! if you are by the beach and want a quick bite to eat and maybe shop a little at a gift shop then Frosty Dog Cafe is the place to go!

Frosty Dog Cafe is a little corner of paradise. First off, Jasper is an adorable dog, living the frosty life, and is worth the visit alone. The amazing staff makes your visit comparable to part of the family or an old friend. The food exceeded our expectations and sealed the deal. We will definitely be back!

Our son wanted to come in back in May, but beach time distracted us from coming inside. We came back through and stopped first thing when we got back to Hilton Head. Stephan did a great job and was very helpful with choices since it was our first time. We are glad we came and enjoyed.

First time ever being here, and im a man that loves burgers. And their homemade recipe and as well as the 70/30 burger meat grade it was beyond wonderful and don’t get me started on the French fries. It’s just like a ball park french fries which is remarkable. I give this place 10 out of 10 on food, 10 out of 10 on cleanness, and 100 out of 10 on respect and hospitality. I recommend this place to anyone down this way.
