Yesterday, escalon rotary hosted a social at this restaurant. There was one server. Poor thing was SO busy but did such a great job! She was fast and efficient as well as courteous! Pretty sure there was only one chef too and a dishwasher. The food came out in a timely fashion and it was delicious! The ONLY bad thing was it was very hot in there, not sure what the A/C situation is. But great other than that.

Came in on a Friday evening with a larger group, and we ended up at different tables, not a big deal, but when we tried to order, while sitting at a completely different table, the waitress told us we couldn’t be on a separate tab….um…huh? How would it be any different if we all came in separately? I get she was the only waitress l, but the place is small, like way small, if that’s a concern then have people order at the counter like other taquerias, and then it’s easier. But she ended up splitting the tabs anyway!

Very bad experience I order five items which she repeated back my order to me. come home with only four burritos called them they said okay come back and will give you the tacos I go back to the restaurant showed my receipt then she tells me they did not charge me for the tacos but she can now if I want to. I did not bring no purse just my keys and phone and receipt. I told her I had my family at home at the table waiting for me to bring tacos home to say grace as we eat our food well that didn’t happen.

Tucked into a corner next to Main Street Market, this Taqueria offers a typical Mexican menu with good portion sizes. The burritos have been getting smaller over the last few years and they are really skimpy on the tortilla chips when you get a take out order. The nachos are to be commended as is the salsa bar. Take out orders rarely take more than 10 minutes to prepare.

Food is great but customer service is not the best. After ordering over the phone, they don’t even let you know how much and how long it’s gonna be. They hang up on you. So rude!
