My fiancee ordered pizza, his total came to $51. He handed the driver 100 and was told “I don’t have change” and they left. The cheese on the pizza isn’t even melted and my pizza was soggy. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Placed an online order for the 3 topping Large pizza, paying $2 more for Pan Crust. Arrived at store to pick up on time, had to wait for additional 10 minutes. During that time, another customer came in to pick up their 2 Large Pan crust pizzas, and were told the store was out of Large Pan crusts, so they got 2 medium Pan crusts per Large pizza ordered. I finally get our pizza, sprint home, open the box and find….a Regular Crust pizza. Lesson: Open the box before you leave the store.

You’re better of getting little Ceasars pizza!!!! Ordered the big box with wings, didn’t even get our wings! Called and they said they would deliver some, which they did. One of our pizzas was so undercooked. I had to throw it in the oven and cook it all the way. Our pizza was supposed to arrive 25-30 minutes and took longer. Didn’t get any updates until after our pizza already arrived. I just wouldn’t order from here.

I was late picking up a pizza that I had already paid for and when I went in the manager told me she had thrown it away. when I explained that I was late due to my 3 year old daughter being sick and asked if they could remake it the manager on duty told me it wasn’t her problem. They still haven’t give me a refund $15 stolen from me

It’s Pizza Hut. I’m sure the goal is to make sure each item is consistent and always tastes the same. I only ever order online for carry out but it’s always ready on time and tastes as it should. Service is good there’s always parking. Store is well lit and clean. I could swear they stopped offering plates but I got plates and napkins.

3 pizzas indeed at 6pm suppose to be delivered by 659pm , by 8pm still no pizza called 3 times was told they don’t track the drivers and that it’s on the way. 2 disappointed kids and a very pist off dad! Neve showed and settled for subway! I definitely won’t be back for a while or at all!!

Every time we order jalapenos on the side we never get them. This last order arrived late, no jalapenos and our two pizzas were cold. Wings weren’t even hot. Not even edible. $60+ bill and it was terrible. Don’t think we will do that again.
