This was a wonderful experience. My God-daugter invited me to Master Joe’s. She ordered steak hibachi with the soup and I had chicken and shrimp with the salad. Food presentation is everything. Servers attitude, atmosphere, and willingness was top notch. So thank you for having a beautifully tucked secret in Fairhope.

We ordered the two roll combo- which comes with choice of miso soup or ginger salad. The food was good, however our table was super wobbly so that took away from the experience.

Flavorful and fresh sushi! We had a great experience (as we normally do). Came in right after opening for dinner, greeted and quickly seated. Very attentive and sweet waitress. Shared Saki and I really enjoyed the Russian Revolution sushi roll. Def recommend and we will keep going back!

I could go on about the food and how it was delicious, perfectly seasoned, etc. Everyone has something different that they enjoy in a meal. This place knows what they are doing so there’s not much I can say to improve on their skills in the kitchen. Instead, I just want to offer a suggestion on acoustics. It’s LOUD when fully packed…I mean CRAZY LOUD . In order to be heard, even across the table, you have to almost shout, which adds to the volume…and so on, and so on.

OVERALL: Highly recommended. FOOD: first experience at this location and I ordered the Titanic Roll. It was my best first choice because it tasted better than expected. The rolls were churchy, not too dry or wet, it packed a good variety of ingredients and spread consistently. SERVICE: nice and polite staff, a knowledge everyone that enters. WAIT TIME: average. Not too fast but not too slow – given that it was after a holiday. PRICE: ~ $16 average
