Since I moved to Pennsylvania this has been my go to Domino’s. I gave a 4 star review because I have had one really bad interaction with their services, that literally made me refuse to order from them for a little over a year. But what the kids want the kids get so I returned as a customer. The pizza is always fresh, they have delivered on time, the customer service has gotten wayyyyy better and I have good experiences even ordering at the location.

Trae and Abby were very kind to us and prepared our 3 pizzas quickly. The quality of food was very high and the taste was great. We ordered 3 medium 2 topping pies and there were a healthy amount of toppings and great ratio of sauce and cheese. The pizza was not too oily or greasy and had a nice crunchy crust texture on the outside of the crust while the inside dough melted with each bite into a soft delicious garlic and buttery fluffy dough. The pizza was cooked expertly and Trae was very kind and cared for our satisfaction as customers ensuring we enjoyed our food. You typically don’t see things like this at fast food based restaurants and we were very surprised and delighted to have met and conversate with these employees who definitely deserve a raise.

Ordered online, got there to pick up order and it was not ready. Then got home no icing for cinnamon twists and only had one kind of soda, which was diet coke. Will never order from them again, the store was dirty as well.

Do not order from this dominos. Every time I order at this location, there’s a problem. You can never reach anyone when the problem is bad. The last time I ordered, I paid for an inedible pizza. I called to be reimbursed, or have a new pie sent and could not reach anyone. I called back during the day, still couldn’t reach anyone. This is the worst dominos in the area. Just do pickup at one of the other locations, or choose one of the other pizzerias.

Our order took an 75 mins to arrive when the email confirmation said 21-31 mins. The staff was incredibly rude when I called at 7:44pm to check the status. Food showed up at 8:00pm cold. I will never use this chain ever again.

The best Domino’s I have visited in my entire life. After a day long enjoyment in the sweltering heat at Hershey Park, we decide to head back to the hotel and order in. But because there was torrential rain and the streets were flooded everyone and everywhere stopped deliveries for the night. We found one still taking orders but we had to go and pick it up. Fine with us it was already midnight and we had to feed six people. When we got there, there was a young girl in beautiful braids. She was making all the orders after standing there a few minutes we asked her if there was anyone else helping her. She said no with a beautiful smile, she said her manager was out doing the deliveries. My son-in- law and I looked bewildered. The phone was ringing off the hook and yet she was not overwhelmed and simply stated with a smile, she would have our $150.00 order ready and hot for us. She was not afraid, we were in a tough neighborhood, she was alone and making all of the 30 orders. The manager came back and started helping her with the speed of lightning!! My son-in-law gave them a huge tip! Why because they deserved it! Job well done!! Bravo!
