After a week of heavy dinners at lodges around Alaska, we just wanted a good pizza. House of Fire did not disappoint. It was a first visit for us, and the friendly staff helped us choose and customize a great meal. My husband had the BBQ chicken and I had the Old World. Both were great. The crust was tasty without overpowering the toppings and the red sauce was delicious. It was a great final meal before leaving Alaska. Also note, one young man in particular was working his tail off. The other employees were working, but he was doing so much to make sure everything kept running.

We ordered a Ceasars salad and Mushroom Madness pizza with Pepperoni and Italian sausage. Yummyy. Really good pizza and the Cesar dressing was house-made. Everything was delicious and great service too.

Nice place to eat. Service was okay, but they definitely tried their best and did everything they could to make our unique Sicilian pizza request just the way we wanted it, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Came out pretty well overall!

Went for my boyfriends birthday. Staff was super nice. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. The garlic knots were AMAZING, and their ranch…. wish I could purchase in bottles; it’s so good. The pizza was amazing. Everything was amazing. A great way to end a birthday.

Had a great conversation here, an oasis in the midst of chaos. Took a bit to settle in, and my friend had ordered a Chicago deep dish pizza, which a customer behind him from Chicago spoke fondly of. It looked amazing, yet my regular pizza came out a full 15 min before his, so wish I had said something about the timing beforehand. Larger location here near Minnie street, than the other near UAF.

We came in with pretty minimal expectations. The vibe was relaxed and friendly we ordered an old world style pizza. When the team realized they had mixed up our order they were extremely apologetic, we weren’t bothered as honestly we’re on vacation and everything in Fairbanks seems to be closed on. Sunday evenings so we weren’t in a rush to get anywhere. 3 different t team members apologized for the delay and comped our pizza and gave us a couple of canolis for the wait. This was uneccessary but very kind.

Definitely one of my favorite pizza places I’ve eaten at. They make so many things from scratch including but not limited to the salad dressings, pizza dough and the pizza sauce. Delicious new York style pizzas and they are always coming up with fantastic and delicious new items for their menu. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
