Called ahead so we could gauge their response to getting two late diners, they said no problem reserving a table fifteen minutes before close. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly, seated and tended to quickly. Didn’t feel like we were a bother. Huge portions, not what we’re used to in Denver. Such great yummy food! Kung Pow Chicken, Shrimp Supreme, Mongolian Beef single dinner with egg drop soup = $60.

Was in New Castle for a week. The first time I went here the food was really good but the service wasn’t. Like others have said the servers yelling at each other is kind of annoying. But like I said the food was good so I went back. Google said they were open til 9, I walked in at 8:05 and the guy behind the bar looks at the clock then looks at me and says do you want to put in an order to go? I say no, I want to eat here. He says okay and as soon as he said to sit wherever i want the waitress let out the biggest annoyed whine I’ve ever heard. So I turned around and left. I’m not going spend money somewhere where I’m not wanted.

Pretty bare-bones operation. Nice enough proprietors, some of what we had was ok, but I personally had a beef dish and, being a chef myself, I know what spoiled food smells and tastes like. The beef tasted like ammonia and shouldn’t have been served. I didn’t get sick, but I also didn’t eat much of it. They took it off the bill, but i still won’t be returning.

I give it two stars because the food was good and they got it to us quickly and it was nice and hot. However it was really bad service. The sisters or cousins or whatever were fighting a lot which was annoying when we were trying to eat. They gave us our check but never came back they put in ear phones and were absorbed in their phones. Definitely work on service before I come back.
