Let me start off by saying I know it’s super busy and finding employees is hard. Ordering food is a luxury for us and I feel like I’m just throwing money out the window . I have tried twice and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from pizza hut again. How hard is it to go in the freezer and grab the pasta dish? Instead you call the customer and say you don’t want to go in the freezer??

My family goes here frequently because they are close and convenient. But lately they have been very lazy about following instructions how to make a pizza. Missing ingredients, sometimes really doughy and undercooked. In this case I’m missing ham and have very little sauce on my pizza. And we requested extra sauce. We will be going out of our way from now on to find a better pizza hut. This location is not worth the convenience. Waste of money. Been like this on and off for a couple years now. Only reason it’s getting 2 stars instead of just 1 is because sometimes they do get it right and good. But just not enough of the time. So we are done.

Placed a pickup order but got there a couple minutes after they closed. Could see the pizza sitting on the counter through the door but the guy just kept yelling at me from the back that they were closed and it was too late. After they refused to give me a refund I watched another employee take the pizza to their car after I went to my car. This is what you get when you allow 16 year olds to work unattended
