Would have given it a ZERO if I could. 3rd Time in two months we have been their. First Time, it was great, 2nd time I told me wife something changed about 2 weeks ago, and today was just horrible in every respect, and a Big Fat ZERO is generous! We had the lunch buffet today the salad bar and drink was ok but the pizza was cheese breadsticks and apple cinnamon pizza with no apples and a 1 topping pepperoni pizza. I am sure these had been put out at 11am and it was 12:30PM ALL WERE DRIED OUT AND NOT CHEESY AND VERY LITTLE SAUCE. They put out 1 hot 1/2 ham and pineapple pizza and the other 1/2 was pepperoni while we were there and it had no taste and not much sauce and we normally like their sauce. Very disappointed and will not ever have lunch there and will not have a dinner there on a Thursday.

This place is the worst, zero if they’d let me. My kids like their cheese pizza with white sauce but the place is the worst run pizza place I’ve been in. Let me say I have been in some shady dumps in my day. The wife and I wont eat their pizza it’s so bad. The management was openly yelling at the employees this time while three other people were waiting on their orders. Probably why I had never seen the same employee in there ever after ordering over half a dozen times. It’s dirty and there is never anyone eating inside. Went in to pick up the pizza and it was almost 15 minutes later than I was told it would be ready, which has been the norm rather than the exception. No matter if the kids like it, not going to support this place ever again. I’d be ashamed if I let this ,Lake Forrest/Ridge Route, be the representation of my franchise corporation.

Ordered online and it was not delivered at all. Called the store and was assured my order was oou for delivery and would be getting it momentarily. Another 30 minutes later nothing. Called again to be told the driver already dropped off my order. When I told the guy that was not possible and then to explain that no one had knocked on my door or contacted me Cameron who answered the phone just put me on hold not saying anything just hold. then to come back on the phone to tell me that his driver assured him he dropped off my order at the right place. Then to go as far to say he even tried to call me and I hat I didn’t answer. Why in the heck would I be calling if I got my order? I paid money for a service! I was then told they could remake it and deliver my order when it was already at this point 9pm. Don’t order online and expect your order. Don’t expect to be believed when not getting your order. Because apparently the driver swore he delivered it. Well shoot if he swore then I am the freaking lier. Go to the location at RSM way way better service.

If it is your first time, I would suggest the All-You-Can-Eat Buffet. Not because it is all-you-can-eat, but it is a great way to try different pizzas and get some salad veggies too. Plus, at $7.99 for lunch and $8.99 for dinner, it’s a bargain! Kids, 10 and under, are only $5.99! Next time you want pizza, you’ll know what to order.

Wow the portion sizes have changed significantly. Attended a school fund raiser and we were disappointed in our sides. Pizza was great but our mozzarella sticks had very little if any mozzarella. Very few mountain fries. It was just sad. The people working were nice and again the pizza was great.

Decided to give this place a try.. that was a mistake. Pizza was over priced for what you get and super greasy. I tried a half pepperoni and half specialty pizza which was supposed to include sausage, however, I don’t think I had more than 6 crumbles over the specialty side. Will not be returning here.
