Panda has really declined over the years. Not sure what happened. It’s never been a healthy option, but it used to taste good. The Chow Mein was dry and without flavor. Hardly anything in it either. The Orange Chicken was hollow in flavor. After the initial foretaste there was nothing there. Maybe it was old. Beijing Beef used to be their flagship, but it was also dry and had an oily taste. Very bland too. Honestly it was the very least enjoyable visit than at any time in the past I’d been. And this is finishing a slow decline.

Stopped in for a quick bite and as I got to the last few bites of my mushroom chicken, I found a metal strand in it. I’m guessing it’s off of whatever they use to clean the grill but if you eat it, it’s extremely dangerous! I brought it to the managers attention and the response was, “Do you want more mushroom chicken?” Yeah, that’s a no for me! Definitely won’t be back.

One of my favorite Panda Express in Lenexa area. Everything tastes great in this location every time. I like the orange chicken and the beef steak. The steam rice and the Cho main are also amazing. The crab rangoon is one of the best. I usually order door dash from this place and they always pack the food well.

The store was clean, and bright. The manager was barking orders at the workers, that wasn’t comfortable. She wasn’t friendly as she served the food, or if a question was asked of her ! Very cold, stand offish personality. Not good customer service

As always, food was as it should be expected at a chain. The only part I don’t like is getting the end of one of their dishes. My Chow Mein was all little pieces and didn’t taste as good as fresh. I should take most of the blame as I ate at the end of the lunch rush. When the food is fresh it’s always good.
