I ordered a classic beef and Cheeder. It barely had anything on it. Mainly just the bread. The man at the register was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience of his time. My order wasn’t the only one they got wrong 3 other people came in from the drive thru complaining. I love Arby’s but definitely won’t come back to this location.

Their sandwiches are usually pretty good but the last few visits their fries are awful. Burnt and just not edible. And with prices going up $3.19 for a large fry) it’s just not worth going there, especially when there’s better options nearby.

Service was fine. Went around 11:00 pm. Rueben was fine, but the fries were cold and rancid oil smell/taste, and the fresh jalapeño poppers smelled/tasted rancid. Change the oil.

Orederd the 4 for 10 watched the sandwiche ingredients get slapped on and the order thrown on the hot area to be wrapped again (no gloves) by the money taker. All the beef they said well just like a tiktok it was all hanging out of the bun. Place your beef in the bun not all hanging out then be proud of how fast you wrapped your beef. Not a bell ringer

Got there at 9:10, they close the dining room at 10:00. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich. It wasn’t even warm. It was cold. The cheese didn’t melt. My piece if chicken was tiny. Our fries were old and gross. I showed the girl who was busy getting ready to close the store 1/2 hour early. She said “sorry” and walked away. We threw our food out and left. Went to Wendy’s. Would have asked for our money back, but everyone was so busy getting ready to close the store early that they didn’t notice us standing at the counter. Neat.
