Ordered a plain burger and the bun had mustard and ketchup on it, but scraped off. Very low class. Buns costs pennies and instead of getting a fresh one they decided to serve a contaminated one on a $13 hamburger.

Great burgers and fries, grossly overpriced. The food itself is very good and prepared exceptionally well. However, a small order of fries shouldn’t be $3.69, and $8.69 for a cheeseburger is way excessive … especially for counter service. This is not a fast food joint or a pub, but you can go to a sit-down restaurant with a quarter mile and spend $9.79 WITH fries, or $6.99 with UNLIMITED fries at another place. Even after paying a tip at these places it’s still less than Five Guys. For a counter-service place, not paying wages for a server, most of that higher price tag is just profit for the owner.

The Ellisville location is not a very good locations. I have been very happy with all other locations in area. This is the second time I have visited this location and both times my burger was missing ingredients. I had asked for onions and found non on my burgers once I got home and took a bit of my burger

Waited 25 minutes for my order- watching staff go to the back of the restaurant several times- finally starting my order about 10 minutes after I arrived. They were not busy, just not in a hurry to get food out quickly. This isn’t the norm for this restaurant. I hope it changed back to how is used to be.

Here visiting family and got in 15 min before close. The two guys that were working were super friendly and nice and gave us drinks on the house and a extra shake. Also gave us lots of fries. If we come back again down the road we will definitely come back!

Let me start by saying I love Five Guys. I’ve been there many times. But, last night (9/1/2021) I got take out just before closing at 7 pm. My burger was terrible. The burger patty looked like half of it had have been left back on the grill. It was thin and there were chunks out of it and even a piece of it was stuck to the other side of the bun. I first thought maybe it was just fried ground meat (like sloppy joes) that they put on there. I couldn’t call or take it back because they were already closed. I went there the following morning and all I got from the supervisor was would you like us to make it again. I reiterate that it I had ordered it last night and did not want a burger now. No other offer of reimbursement or compensation. No apology! For $7.79 for a “little cheeseburger”, I expect better.

I always enjoy 5 guys. The food was great. The service was one of my better encounters! The only complaint was the music was on very loud for us being the only customers in the restaurant. I am sure the employees were just enjoying the music, but it was a bit too loud
