We have been twice in 2 weeks. The first was after the floating lantern festival. Gentleman working the register was having to multitask so much. I just knew our order was gonna be messed up. It wasn’t though. You can tell he was getting a bit frustrated or anxious, I would have been too! He still put on a smile and made our experience great. Made sure to tell him how good of a job he done and that he matters. I hope it made his work night better!! Great place to eat!! Also check out their website or app you get better deals

Girl at the drive-thru window is absolutely rude. They had a drink that was overfilled and was about to spill everywhere. I was trying to get it to where it wouldn’t overflow on my vehicle and she snatched it out of my hand slammed the window shut. Absolutely rude.

Can’t stand paying for something and not getting what I paid for. This sandwich was supposed to be a Double beef n cheddar. Sadly my cheddar looks like a swipe of mustard. There is literally no cheddar on it. Glad I ordered other food since for some reason this location doesn’t know how to make any Beef n cheddar sandwich…I’ve ordered from here before and been disappointed by the food when I’ve gotten it home. Won’t be ordering from here unless we dine in.

I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich. The drive thru menu showed nice slices of brisket on the bun. Looked really good. What I got was very thin slices of meat that looked more like fatty bacon. It in no way even faintly resembled brisket. I fed it to the dogs.
