Today I had the unfortunate experience of ordering a sandwich that turned out to be nothing short of a culinary nightmare. Words cannot adequately describe the sheer horror that awaited me when I unwrapped my supposed “eggs sandwich” from the packaging. What I found inside was a revolting mixture of rotten eggs that instantly assaulted my senses with an unbearable stench.

I visited this location on 4 PM Sunday, July 9 2023. The individual working said he cannot take my order because the system is down. I’m writing this review because the situation has happened multiple times only when this employee is working. It seems to me the system is not really down but yet your crew member does not want to work. Other times when I visit this location and others are working. There are never any issues.

Customer service is horrible. The woman who took my order in the afternoon had a nasty attitude as if I was irritating her. Went to go place my order in the drive-through and she was mocking me. My husband had to ask her what was her problem. Never have I ever gone out of my character to an ignorant person in my life. The donuts were not even fresh and not in good presentation.

Long post:well on august 18th at approximately 11:30am me and my family(husband and 11yr old daughter decided to go get Dunkin’ Donuts like we always have for the past 2 years because it’s convenient for us since it’s only 3mins away from home and the employees there was very nice and knew my order very well… so on that day I ordered 2 coffees and a refresher and a punkin spice donut and also a chocolate glaze donut I pulled up to the window paid for my order with 20$ bill at the same time she was handing me my drinks she also handed me a bag with 2 doughnuts in it as I wait for my change I checked my bag in the process and realized they gave me a regular glaze and punkin I then looked at the women and said mam I asked for a chocolate glazed at this time the manager micheal who I’ve seen on many occasions have it out with other customers and speak to his employees like trash but never would I imagine to be treated like that but that day he walked by the drive Thur as I was handing her back the doughnut to let them know they made a mistake I then hear Michael the manager and I quote says”it’s always a problem he said it so loud that my husband said hand them back everything and get a refund I did just that because how dare you I asked him why would he say something like that he began to scream and y’all at me in front of my child he then told the young lady to move and told me to come inside and slams the window in my so I waited in my car I told him no because he was already being rude so as a paying customer I don’t have to move are get out my car so I sat for about 1 minute and a half he then come back to the window yalled at me again and said he wasn’t giving me back my money I then proceeded to park my car I was so upset that I parked in the handicap parking and me and my husband and daughter proceeded to go inside he was still over in drive Thur I asked for my money he refused to give it to me and then said he was calling the police to have me tras passed I asked him for what when he the one who has my money and I no longer wanted service there so I moved my car from the handicap parking and went back in to wait for the police but he never called them so he continued to hold on to my money my husband stepped in and asked him to just give me my money because it could go bad but this guy just wouldn’t listen so now he pulls out his phone and starts to record after he started all of the commotion as if they not already recording it he also records my 11 year old she says why are you recording me he then laugh like it was a joke he gives me my money at this time another guess sees what’s going on and then says that guy is so mean and nasty I said I know he then opens the door still recording as if he don’t have a store to run like I was so disgusted with his actions as a person who’s of lead position who showed no good example for his employees when I asked for his corporate number he tells me there is non and whatever review I write about the incident will go unnoticed my husband then told us to just go so I left and I go to another Dunkin’ doughnut to get my coffee and other items and I explain to another manager what happened she couldn’t believe it and I told her that I asked for the corporate number he refused and said that there wasn’t one she said it was a lie and she gave it to me I made a complaint about my experience that was so bad I’m thinking about failing a lawsuit because I was embarrassed in front of everybody not only that my daughter was video recorded on his phone she’s a child and he violated her rights he screamed and yelled at us and said he was calling the police to trust pass us I get tired of ppl of power playing victim and if he’s not removed are even delt with for his actions I will be taking another route because of the emotional stress and the embarrassment he put me and my family Thur they have yet to reach out to me about the incident are atless to try and fix the horrible experience

I LOVE DD all over again because of Chiquita! She the first time I visited this location was about 3 months ago. I was taking a family member to chemo and decided to stop for coffee. Her attitude through the drive through was nothing short of AMAZING and just what I needed. I went inside the store about 3 weeks later and was served by her again. And again I was completely satisfied and received great service with a smile and a positive attitude. Now everytime I pass by that dd…I just buss out “Chiquita” and so does my family member. Lol.

I came and ordered a few items. After every item it was a rush saying “is that it”‽ With that order between the “is that its” I ordered 3 donuts. I was told to pull up and the SAME voice from the box gave me my total. I was only given 2 donuts. She said well the person who rung it up only charged me for 2. Ok, fine since she had a dual personality I asked for the third donut and personality 1 or 2 said I can’t make orders at the window!!!! I asking for 1 donut but she can’t charge me 67 cent or so for the donut one of her personalities missed?? Fine screw the donut and pulls of as she screams something out the window. I get home and look at my hash browns and they look like cold hashblacks!! How do you burn them without OIL!!! Never going back, don’t recommend unless you want to go inside and check your bags!

This was the worst experience ever as soon as I pulled up to the drive-through not a good morning all I get is rushed at the drive-through I ordered almost $30 worth of food get to the front and I just wanted to add one simple donut because my order wasn’t ready was advised by the young lady in the drive-through that they couldn’t add a donut but still had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through for my food so I politely pay for my food and say I will go inside so that I can order one simple doughnut when I walked inside the store I was approached by a gentleman, a white gentleman with a black I advised him that I wanted to purchase a donut and I just came from the drive-through. My food was still not ready. Why couldn’t I just have a donut at the window? He said rudely that that was not a part of our corporate rules no adding out the window, which I completely understand but if I still have to wait there all my food it’s not hurting anyone he was rude obnoxious loud refused to give me my food refused to give me my drink, refuse to refund me and threaten me with the police. I would advise everyone not to go there. I will be taking this all the way to the door, and I will be pressing legal charges.
