I went here last night to get a pizza that I ordered in advance online. I got there and not only did they mess my pizza up and not give me any of the extras I added to my order they also made me wait another 20 min for another pizza to get cooked. I’m not sure if the woman who was working was mad because she had to remake the pizza but for almost $25 I got close to no toppings. I’ve ordered from here before and this was the most expensive and worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. As if that wasn’t bad enough the dough was undercooked which is also a Casey’s first. I’d attach a photo but I didnt have my phone last night. I would recommend this place to only people I dont like because of the absurd service. I went to the BBB and let them know how great this establishment is.

Placed order at 6pm..90min later driver shows up telling me they didn’t have all my order…no phone call to say would you like anything else…so I asked if they refunded me the items not brought and the driver says..no but you can call the store…I called.. lady said the items I didn’t get were still at the store… And given the choice to have driver bring to me or she would just remember the next time I ordered those items would be free… really?…so I said ok have the driver bring them to me….3 hours from time of original order and still no driver here bringing me the rest of my order…what a rip off… horrible customer service and will never buy there again.
