They rung up my order wrong and didn’t read it back to me then when I came back in to fix it which was a simple mix up they told me they couldn’t fix it unless they re rang it up. Keep in mind All I wanted was a 3 with bacon they gave me a 3 with cheese. All I asked was to get a couple slices of bacon and the owner from the sandwich table said well you got charged for cheese. That’s not my fault or problem it was their incompetence. Horrible service all around! And I know they could’ve done it differently as I went to corporate training for jimmy johns.

Every time I order it comes wrong. Last time it took over an hour to arrive and when I called they said it was out for delivery even though they didn’t ask my name. When I asked if they needed my name the said no, it’s on the receipt .

Would rate this place zero stars if I could. Came at 5:20pm with my child on a Friday night as a quick dinner and they close at 5pm during the week. We do understand that dinner is normally at 5pm right? This is very poor management. Might as well just shut the place down permanently they don’t deserve to carry the jimmy johns name if they aren’t even open to serve people at a reasonable time. For god sakes it’s only 5:20pm and the door is locked.

This location used to be great and even during the pandemic was so accommodating. Now their hours are horrible. They close at 5pm when the majority of people get off work and are looking for quick dinner. No wonder Jersey Mike’s is packed – they are the closest option for a sub. I realize that every place is short handed but I don’t know how this place stays open at all. Unfortunate!

Ordered online to pick up since I am just out of their delivery area, picked it up from the store to take home. No one inside was very friendly or helpful. Got home to see my order completely wrong. I only added a couple toppings to the sandwich, but even those weren’t right. There wasn’t lunch meat except for bacon, which the sandwich doesn’t even come with (plus I cannot eat) , and the original toppings that should come on were completely wrong. I called right away to get a refund and was told since I got a drink and chips, they could offer me store credit for only the sandwich for 30 days? I was told I could come back in to get a new one, to which I said I wasn’t going to waste my time with them again, and 2 hours later I get a notification that my new order is ready meaning they used my store credit without asking me for the new sandwich no one asked for. Not exactly sure how hard it is to read what the sandwich should have on it considering they’re supposed to look at it while making the sandwich, but whoever made it clearly doesn’t care and is just there to get paid. I would’ve gone back within 30 days to give them another chance since I had the credit, but it would be pointless now since they used it without me ordering it.

I’ve eaten here in the past. Not a bad Jimmy John’s. But, apparently they changed their hours several months ago to close at 6pm and couldn’t be bothered to change them on Google. They stop delivering at 5pm. I was even told that they know the hours on Google were wrong. How many people have gone out of their way between 6pm and 8pm?
